UCB allows photos, as long as there’s no flash and you’re generally not annoying about it. I take pictures during laughter to be polite (At least I try to.)

It’s true, Largo has a strict no video/photography rule, but don’t think I have a goldenticket to shoot at that venue. I am just fortunate enough to be invited by certain individuals who have monthly shows there.

However, it took a couple years and 4,000 photos later before gaining the contacts I have. None of which I approached myself… mostly because I’m too polite and feel like I’m bothering them.

Also having a really good camera and lenses helps. But mostly invest in a good lens. The majority of the photos Ive taken are with a 8mp camera body and a 50mm prime.
