This American Wife. I did this fun little interview with Eric Martin a couple weeks ago where I talk about the origin of my first name, why I decided against the medical field in favor of graphic design, favorite photos, shows, and what I now look for when I shoot a show. Starts at the 37 min mark.
(Also listen to Eric’s dyslexia kick in and mispronounce my last name repeatedly.)

I’m not great at exposition but I obliged in this Q&A session with Toronto writer, Sharilyn Johnson. It covers how I got started shooting, who my favorite people to shoot, and why I decided to put together a book.
Question: can I just tell you that you're kind of my hero? I'm a graphic designer too but my ultimate dream is to work with comedy in some fashion, and so to me, you're basically living the dream and I totally envy you haha. Also, your photos are absolutely amazing and sort of make my life complete. How exactly did you get into working with/for these comedians? (basically, can I have your life?)
A lot of work. About 20,000 photos worth of work over 4 years.
Also, you can’t have my life, but you can have my soul crushing college debt.
Uh oh… that gif I made looks to be spreading across tumblr.
Sorry Mr. Livingston.
For those who keep asking, there is no video in existence. I made the gif from a burst of shots I took during the show.
