My favorite grilled cheese from this Saturday belonged to Melt… Pimento & Cheddar on wheat bread, brushed with olive oil. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t have a truck or storefront.

Pnut Butter Bar Truck | Los Angeles, CA | 10.13.11
FINALLY. After chasing this truck down for a month or two, I found it… and it wasn’t driving away. They’re not so great at the whole social media thing, so they will tweet where they are, but not when they leave… which is frustratingly ridiculous
Anyway, I ordered their Can Ya Dig It Burger, which is a Niman Ranch Natural Beef Patty with Strawberry Jam, Peanut Butter, Pickle & Cheese… and while it didn’t look great enough to photograph, tasted pretty good.
Now the Pnut Butter Puffs are worth showing, it’s basically a beignet stuffed with peanut butter and jelly, and it’s as good as it sounds.
